The Cottage

Highfield Cottage is found at the heart of the historic conservation village of Bishop Wilton. A picturesque location, popular with walkers as it nestles in the Yorkshire Wolds.

The cottage reflects its rural surrounds with exposed beams, open fireplace and old Yorkshire range. It benefits from a peaceful garden and overlooks a pretty beck. On one side can be found the unspoiled beauty of the Yorkshire Wolds and the site of a former Archbishops Palace. On the other there is a medieval church with open countryside beyond stretching for miles into the Vale of York. Bishop Wilton offers  the tranquility of old fashioned life within easy walking distance of the village shop and pub.
